"Spanish peanuts coated in a hard sugar great for snacking! For added kick you can add cayenne pepper to peanuts while cooking. Peanuts will be very hot do not handle with bare hands!"

raw Spanish peanuts with skins
1 1/2 cups
I make these all the time, I just use sugar, no cayenne. After coating with sugar, I lay in a tray and bake at 350F for about 10 mins or so, just to roast them a little so they don't have that raw taste. Really, really yummy.
This is my recipe, I hope you try it.....they are very easy to make and really yummy to eat. I would also like to mention that it you add a little powder pepper of your choice you can have a spicy/sweet taste Thanks enjoy
