  1. Heat oven to 450 degrees F. Spread Mann's Stringless Sugar Snap Peas in 13 x 9 inch baking pan, and drizzle with 1 T olive oil. Sprinkle with salt. Toss to coat.
  2. Roast 10 minutes. Remove from oven and spread cheese evenly over the top. Return to oven and roast until cheese melts, about 3 minutes. Serve.

Right before serving, I sprinkled a little crushed red pepper flake over these. Though my kids didn't care for this, my husband and I loved it. I would have never thought of roasting snap peas but you know, it's brilliant. Delicious! Next time, I'll add in some fresh minced garlic with the EVOO.

Quick & easy to prepare with ingredients you always have on hand. Since it has no exotic ingredients, our picky eaters ate it with no complaints. Good for a busy weekday meal, went well with chicken parmesan and pasta.

Very simple and very good. I sprinkled mine with some garlic powder for a little more flavor. Yummy!

My husband and I loved this!! It was so easy. We didn't actually measure out any of the ingredients though. Can't wait to have it again!

This was simple, tasty and a nice change from regular steamed sugar snaps.. we really enjoyed them.
