For this sweet, whimsical pie, a sweet dough is made from a mixture of confectioners ' sugar, melted butter and flour. It 's pressed into a 12-inch pizza pan and baked. Then sweetened cream cheese is spread over the cooled crust, topped with sliced strawberries and topped with a creamy custard. Chill the pie and then top it with whipped cream or a drizzle of chocolate sauce.
