Stir-Fry Broccoli With Orange Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon canola oil
  • 1 1/2 cups broccoli florets, bite-size
  • 1/2 cup sliced or chopped water chestnuts, drained
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon light soy sauce

Directions

  1. Add oils to a small skillet on medium-high heat. Add broccoli and water chestnuts; stir-fry 3 minutes. In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Add to broccoli; lower heat and cook until sauce is thickened, 2 minutes.
