2 tablespoons olive oil
1 (1 pound) boneless beef sirloin steak, 3/4-inch thick, cut into thin strips
2 medium red peppers, cut into 2-inch-long strips
1 medium onion, cut in half and sliced
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves, crushed
2 packets Swanson® Flavor Boost™ Concentrated Beef Broth
1/4 cup water
This is a very good recipe. I added one more flavor packet and replaced the water with chicken broth. It goes well with potatoes, and next time I'm going to try it with rice.
It could use just a little more taste. I may try some garlic salt. also next time, I will use a green pepper and a red pepper. The two red peppers cost more than the meat.

Very delicious. Tweeked the recipe a bit. I added green peppers and a bit more salt and pepper to the beef. I also skipped the oregano.
