  1. Heat oil in 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and cook steak, stirring occasionally, 2 minutes. Season, if desired, with salt and ground black pepper.
  2. Add mushrooms and onion and cook, stirring occasionally, 3 minutes or until tender. Remove steak mixture and set aside.
  3. Bring water to a boil over high heat in same skillet. Stir in Knorr® Asian Sides™ - Teriyaki Rice. Reduce heat to low and simmer covered 7 minutes or until rice is tender. Return steak mixture to skillet; heat through. Garnish, if desired, with chopped green onions.

A terrific quick meal which is cheap and super easy to make. Good for those college kids tired of ramen soup!

it was quick and easy to cook! I substituted Knorr Asian Sides Teriyaki Noodles for the Teriyaki Rice; the store I went to didn't have the rice. But it was still delicious, and my family loved it! This will probably become a new favorite dish!

This was so quick and easy. I added a little soy sauce to my steak and some garlic powder. I couldn't find the rice listed so I used Uncle Ben's Teriyaki Rice. I used two bags. It is already pre cooked so I just dumped it in at the end and warmed.

Good for a quick meal. I was expecting more of a teriyaki flavor from the rice though.
