roasted red peppers, packed in water, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
pitted kalamata olives, slivered
fresh basil leaves, chopped, plus extra leaves for garnish

I MADE THIS WITH RED AND YELLOW TOMATOES.
I also will be making this for Easter.
This is a good one, although more of a guildline then an actual recipe.
