Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cups chopped fresh spinach
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon pecan halves

Directions

  1. Heat the oil in a medium saucepan over medium heat, and saute the onion until tender. Stir in the spinach and water, and cook until wilted. Mix in the pecans, and continue to cook and stir until warm.
