This recipie is good for a weekday meal because it is quick and easy. I opted to bread the flounder before I baked it and I think I ended up with a better product.

Great recipe! I used frozen spinach and canned mushrooms seasoned with a little Creole seasoning and found the recipe was quick, easy and very tasty.
