This recipe didn't get the raves from the family I thought it might. The only substitution I did was replace the stewed tomatoes with tomato sauce(my daughter doesn't care for tomatoes). It looked very pretty and held together nicely but the flavor of the spinach was too strong for the mild sole flavor. I could try a different brand of spinach and see how it rates then.
