Ingredients

  • 1 (10 ounce) package pre-washed fresh spinach
  • 1 cup fresh green peas
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 1/2 lemons, juiced
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, toss together the spinach, peas and olive oil until evenly coated. Add the lemon juice, feta and salt and pepper, and toss again.
