My daughter brought this dish to a family dinner for Easter and it was big hit. I liked it so much when I got home I called her and asked for the recipe, she used fresh spinach instead of frozen.

I NEEDED A SALAD THAT WAS EASY AND COULD BE MADE AHEAD. THIS WAS BOTH. I HAD SEVERAL PEOPLE ASK ME FOR THE RECIPE.

I also used fresh spinach, and I also have used the little frozen ravoli also, its quick, and light- I took it to a pot luck dinner, everyone thought it was different but delicious!

This is the best salad I have ever had. I have gotten recipes from here before and have never found one that I enjoyed, but this one tops my list. It really is as good as all of its reviews! ENJOY!
