Well, this was good. What’s not to like? But it really lacked pizzazz. I thought the salad could use some green onions, which I added. But additionally next time I would add maybe some feta and definitely something with crunch, perhaps toasted almonds or pecans. I noticed that most reviewers who gave this 5 stars added their own embellishments, which I agree it needs. I also don’t think the dressing needs quite so many seeds, next time I will reduce. And be sure to toast your sesame seeds (350 degrees for about 8 minutes, until golden) to increase their flavor.
