boneless beef top sirloin steak, cut 1-1/4 inches thick
red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
chopped fresh cilantro
hot pepper sauce
crushed red pepper
This turned out quite well. I added onion pieces to the skewers as well as the meat and red pepper. A nice quick meal for everyday.
