This was delicious. Two teaspoons of garlic powder seemed like a lot to me (and I *love* garlic), so I halved it. I also used a slightly smaller measurement of thyme because mine was ground. If your chicken breasts are on the larger side, you will want to slightly increase the cooking time. For those saying there wasn't enough liquid, given the oiliness of it, I think it's supposed to be more of a basting liquid than a sauce. However, you could easily deglaze the pan with some chicken stock and whisk in a little flour and milk to make a gravy. Other than possibly having too much garlic as written, I thought this was fantastic. It was so easy and I always have all the ingredients on hand, and the results are really flavorful (really nice with a whole wheat roll to wipe up the excess). I will definitely make it again.
