Ingredients

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup baking cocoa
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips

Directions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the first seven ingredients; beat until smooth. Pour into a greased 13-in. x 9-in. x 2-in. baking pan. Sprinkle with chocolate chips. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool in pan on a wire racks.
