Directions

  1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season shrimp with adobo. Cook shrimp until they start to turn pink, about 2 minutes. Add lemon juice, garlic, paprika and red pepper to pan. Continue cooking until garlic turns light golden brown and shrimp become opaque, about 1 minute more.
  2. Transfer shrimp and sauce to serving plate. Sprinkle with parsley.

  • Oil that pops and bubbles can result in a messy countertop and dangerous burns. The likely culprit: moisture on the shrimp that leaks into the oil and causes the flare-ups. This recipe was out of this world. I made this over yellow rice for a delicious dinner. Cant wait to make this again.

We didn't care for these. They just tasted like adobo and paprika, the flavors weren't very balanced. Won't make these again.

Sooo good! The only problem was I didn't make enough! My husband found this absolutely tantalizing. The flavors are bended perfectly and I love the subtle kick it produces. Thank you for an excellent recipe!

I have made a lot of shrimp recipes from this site and this is definitely not a 4 or 5 as others have rated it. It's just a mediocre recipe. I won't make it again.

This recipe was excellant, but you may want to double all the ingredients so theres enough to top your sides with.
