The squash could have been cooked a little longer otherwise it was great. Maybe add more of the veggies too.

I really liked this recipe I did tweak it a bit so that i could bake it in the oven and not in the microwave. preheat oven to 350 degrees cut spaghetti squash lengthwise, remove seeds. place on baking sheet cut side down and bake for 45min or until tender chop tomatoes, garlic and slice carrots. put tomatoes, garlic and oil in a small sauce pot over med heat add basil, salt and pepper. heat until tomatoes are tender, stirring occastionally. steam carrots, peas, and broccoli until tender. when the squash is done, using a fork seperate the squash into strands in a bowl. toss with tomato mixture and steamed veggies. serve with parmasean cheese.

AMAZING, DELICIOUS!!!!!!!!!!!! I don't know why everyone doesn't have 5 stars because I thought this was great. I didn't use any snow peas though and added canned chicken to mine which added some protein. Then I added more parmesan cheese which made it even better. I'm going to make it again!! A must try (possibly with chicken)

I had high hopes for this, but thought it turned out pretty bland. I had even added veggie Italian sausage, which helped, but not enough. I think I will look for some ideas to make it more flavorful and try it once more.

Served inside of half the squash. Bake large Spaghetti squash at 350 (face down in an inch of water) 60 min. Saute chopped carrots, onion and okra until soft. Add thyme, bit of rosemary, garlic and a can of canned tomatoes (l like Italian style). let simmer for 5 min, add a splash of red wine. Scrape the sides of the cooked squash with a fork to loosen the spaghetti. Scope veggies and juices in to squash top with parm. and return to oven for 10 min.

Pretty good and easy to make. I added zucchini instead of broccoli florets.
