This was my first attempt at making spaghetti squash (and only my second time eating it) and I wasn't really sure what to expect, but my husband and I loved it! I've already added the ingredients to our shopping list to make it again next week. My squash took a little longer to bake, but only about 5 minutes. I had to omit the tomatoes and the olives, but it was still delicious. I added the ingredients gradually and tried it after each addition. With the onions and garlic, it was good. With the feta, it was even better. But once I added the fresh basil, it brought it over the top! Thanks for a great recipe!
