This recipe was a pleasant surprise. I made it exactly as written, using vegetable (soybean, I think) oil instead of olive oil, and the fish I used was orange roughy. I had two whole filets, which added up to 12 ounces, 50% more than specified, and I just used it all. Step 1 didn't say what heat level to cook at, so I used medium heat. I like both fish and spaghetti, but had never seen them together, and I was a little leery of the combination, let alone with apple juice and chicken broth. But it all came together nicely. I wouldn't say it was fantastic, but it was a nice, light, fairly healthy dish, which I had for two dinners. A nice surprise!
