This was really pretty good. It was very easy and quick to make! I added more sour cream and sauce like the others did, but I also added layers of spicy refried beans. I think next time I would add onion, peppers, olives...give it a little more substance!

This recipe is great! I substituted Jimmy Dean's Hot Sausage. It was really quick, and REALLY good! Hot, but not too hot. Will add it to my regular rotation. LOVE IT!

UPDATE! THIS RECIPE HAS BEEN THE REQUEST EVERYWHERE I GO. I DID ADD SOUR CREAM AND 1/2 A CAN OF ENCHILADA SAUCE. THERE IS A GREEN ENCHILADA SAUCE ALSO, BUT I LIKED THE ORIGINAL RED ENCHILADA SAUCE BETTER.

This was a great recipe. My family loved it and asked me to cook it again. Next time, I will add more sourcream, meat, and less tortillas. I thought it was a little dry. You have to make sure you ground the sausage really good too.
