Great recipe that I followed exactly the first time with the addition of worcestershire as updated by the submitter. HOWEVER, the second time instead of mayo I used SOUR CRREAM, and it blew my socks off. Not only was it creamier, but it didn't have the oily taste of mayo. I will never buy prepared pimento cheese again. I think for a change of pace the addition of the worcestershire sauce is nice - it reminded me of a similar tasting cheese ball. And, of course, after being refrigerated for a day or two, the flavors are better. BUT
