This version of a classic pie is wonderfully spiced with nutmeg, cloves and cinnamon. The spices are stirred into a sweet sour cream and raisin filling that is poured into a pastry crust. The pie bakes in under an hour and is best served warm with whipped cream.

This pie 's thick and creamy custard is made with raisins, sour cream, sugar, eggs, lemon juice and cornstarch. They are cooked and stirred until thick, and then the filling is poured into a prepared pie shell and chilled. The top is slathered with more sour cream, and then the pie is thoroughly chilled before serving.

Diced apples are stirred into a mixture of sour cream, nutmeg, sugar, flour and egg. This chunky filling is then poured into a prepared crust and baked. While still warm, it 's topped with a crumble made of cinnamon, sugar and butter, and then it 's baked until the topping is melted and glazed over the pie. Cool and serve this luscious pie with vanilla ice cream.

A wonderful sour cream and pineapple custard is cooked slowly on the stove until thick and creamy. When cool, it 's poured into a graham cracker crust, covered with a sweetened whipped meringue, and baked until the swirls of meringue are golden.
