1/2 cup dried porcini mushrooms
1 cup boiling water
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 onions, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/2 cup ground walnuts
1 bay leaf
salt and pepper to taste
2 pounds red snapper fillets
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
I just used normal mushrooms because I was trying to find a recipe to use up what I had in the fridge. Very tasty and easy to make.
Great dish!! Required a bit of salt, but overall, A+ Try with rice pilaf and steamed asparagus.
