These cookies are quite tasty and so easy to make. I didn't have quick but regular oats and I used vegetable oil. Turned out great.
I made these cookies for my husband and son in law and they both said they were the best cookies. I used grape seed oil instead of light olive oil. I "dusted" the cookies with sifted powdered sugar instead of "rolling" them (it was easier).
Very easy to make. I really liked working with the dough. I made a batch with the white cake mix and walnuts, and made a batch with strawberry cake mix and almonds. Turned out great. Next time I'll try using chocolate cake mix.
Quite easy and very tasty.
so easy and delicious! My husband and co-workers loved them!
Fabulous. Everyone wants the recipe. Next time I will put some almond essence in...should taste super.
My family liked them a lot. I made them without the walnuts and the powdered sugar. They were like a light oatmeal cookie.
