S'more Bars

Ingredients

  • 1 cup quick-cooking oats
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
  • 2 cups miniature marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup milk chocolate chips

Directions

  1. In a bowl, combine the first five ingredients; stir in butter until crumbly. Press into a greased 11-in. x 7-in. x 2-in. baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees F for 10 minutes. Sprinkle with marshmallows and chips. Bake 5-7 minutes longer or until marshmallows begin to brown. Cool on a wire rack; cut into bars.
