Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Combine eggs, milk and mustard in large bowl; mix well. 3. Layer bread, cheese and sausages in greased 9x13-inch baking pan.
  3. Pour egg and milk mixture over all. Refrigerate overnight.
  4. Cover and bake 45 minutes. Remove cover; bake 10 minutes longer.

Very easy, very good-the kids loved it! I used smoked sausage that I cut up into bite sized pieces. Next time, before putting in the fridge, I'd cover it loosely with plastic wrap and put another 9x13 pan on top weighted down with a couple of cans of tuna to be sure all the bread soaks up the milk. Will definately make this again.

This was pretty good but we added salt and pepper and sauteed onion and garlic powder. We cut the sausages up into thirds. Thanks.

Very good, but the second time I made this I made some alterations. I added oregano, garlic, onion, red pepper and mushrooms. My husband liked it better the second time saying the first just didn't have enough seasoning. A great versatile recipe though!
