This was really good, I didn't have any bell peppers as my husband doesn't care for them, but followed the recipe otherwise, using bone in chops, (found out why wanted boneless. LOL) Used baby portabellas and had no white wine so used white wine vinegar and cooking sherry. 1 other change, lots more garllic as we are garlic lovers. This was so delicious my husband even heated up the leftovers, which did freeze well, when he cooked dinner one night putting this on toast instead of pasta or rice. It was just as good on the toast. Will definetely make again.
