I'm not a fan of my own cooking, but I have to say, this was delicious. I had 5 chicken breasts on the small side, so I cooked on low for just under 3 hours. Followed the recipe for the most part (exceptions: since I did not have oregano, I used thyme. I used 2 chicken boulion cubes and after the mixture was poured on the chicken, I added one can of College Inn broth to cover the chicken. When I removed the chicken 3 hours later, I added a small mixture of heavy cream and cornstarch to the sauce.) Served over mashed potatoes. I will definitely make again. Thank you.
