Slow Cooker Kielbasa and Beer

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds kielbasa sausage, cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 1 (12 fluid ounce) can or bottle beer
  • 1 (20 ounce) can sauerkraut, drained

Directions

  1. In a slow cooker combine sausage, beer and sauerkraut. Cook on low for 5 to 6 hours, until the meat is tender and plump.
