Very delicious! Used thigh and breast fresh chicken (~ 1 lb of each), 8 oz Frank's Red Hot "Wings - Buffalo" Sauce (if you choose to use more sauce, be aware the chicken might get soupy), omitted dry Ranch dsg, did put the (real) butter in, also added 1/3 cup lowfat cream cheese to mellow the heat (it doesn't curdle if you cook on LOW). 4 Qt crock, on Low 5 hrs - then removed lid and stirred chicken with fork, the chicken shreds itself and sauce mixes in nicely. Replaced lid, cooked 1 hr more. Melts in your mouth. Great with cheddar cheese and ranch dressing. We will be eating this weekly!
