Made these last night for dinner, and they were EXTREMELY good. The rest of the family didn't realize the skin (which they normally whine about.) I didn't even need to add pepper it was that good.

I love this recipe. I have used one similar to this but keeping the skins on makes it that much easier and enjoyable.

These patatoes were very good & easy to make! I didn't have sour cream so i used zesty ranch dressing , my husband doesn't like patatoe skin but he ate them & didn't notice! definatly will make again thanks!

These mashed potatoes were marvelous! I wasn't sure how they'd be with the skin on, but they ended up being so tasty and my whole family loved them!

Simply excellent! I've made these enough times that now I play with the sour cream, butter and garlic measurements and they're fantastic if you go by the recipe exactly or do change amounts of things on the list of ingredients!

The first time I made this, it was amazing. I'm not sure what happened the second time, but there wasn't as much taste. I like how fast and easy this was, though!
