Ingredients

  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 1/4 cup stick margarine
  • 2 (16 ounce) packages frozen cut green beans, thawed
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • Paprika

Directions

  1. In a skillet, saute onion in margarine until tender. Add beans, salt and pepper. Cook until heated through. Serve with sour cream; sprinkle with paprika if desired.
