thick-cut bacon, sliced into 1/4-inch strips, or more to taste
Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved, or more to taste
garlic, thinly sliced, or more to taste
chicken stock, or more as needed
butter, or to taste
balsamic vinegar, or more to taste
salt and ground black pepper to taste
I skipped the butter and vinegar and added a bit of brown sugar. Instead of doing these on the stove I put them in the oven. Turned out pretty good
You either like/love B Spouts or you don't. I am a Huge fan! I sautéed them with sliced onions and finished with balsamic vinegar glaze. OMGosh! Great recipe Kyle!! HAPPY THANKSGIVING:)
The only way to make Brussel sprouts good.... Bacon :)
To keep this easy I use the real bacon bacon bits rather than having to go though the effort of cooking the bacon.
Followed the directions exactly ... Loved it!
These are awesome! Sometimes I add onion with the brussels sprouts. Either way is delicious.
