Recipe was very good. Very similar to a chicken taco. I used one can cream of chicken, on can chicen stock, and made a cup of chicken stock from bullion. I boiled one 1/3 cup onion in the bullion before adding it to the recipe. I cut the chili powder in half since my wife does not like foods too spicy. I would have loved the 2 tsp. I added 1/3 cup sour cream to the recipe to add a little flavor and thickening. Also I boiled a couple breasts and shredded them instead of using the canned chicken. Will try adding a little red pepper and minced garlic next time, and probably the extra tsp of chili powder. The whole family thought it was great.

Yummy, fast, and nothing is easier. I did substitute a can of cream of chicken for one of the broths, and used mild tomatoes with chilis as my little ones like the milder flavor.

this was an AWESOME recipe, so easy and quick to make!! a good variation was to add one cup of brown rice (and simmer for 20-30 min) which made it very filling and more like a chili with a spoonfully of sour cream. definately recommend it for a health meal that tastes anything but... mmm... i would have added a photo but me and my falmily ate it all before we could :D

LOVE this quick and easy soup. We double the recipe and add different kinds of beans (chick peas, navy, kidney) to add flavor & interest. Great in crock pot for buffe type gatherings. Also love to have shredded cheeses and croutons for people to sprinkle as they wish.

So easy and good. I don't usually review unless I've made the recipe as written but since I only changed one ingredient, I'll go ahead. We do not like black beans in my house, but I had dark red kidney beans so I used that. I am going to make this again, trying it with the cream of chicken soup. Also, the next time I buy a rotisserie chicken I'll be using the leftovers for this soup. Thanks for a keeper!
