Pretty good! I used a mixture of fresh chard and spinach leaves, added 1/8 cup grated carrots, and used 3 cans of tomato sauce with fresh herbs instead of spaghetti sauce. I also used ricotta instead of cottage cheese. My only complaint is that the bottom of the pan seemed burned before the rest of lasagna was done. A very good way to sneak in veggies for picky kids!
