coarse-ground Dijon mustard
mixed salad greens
medium-size, cooked, peeled shrimp
ripe avocados, peeled, pitted and sliced
dried tart cherries
sliced green onions
This salad was excellent. Can't go wrong with shrimp and avacadoes! Also added some cherry tomatoes. The dried cherries give it just a bit of a sweet taste. The dressing is outstanding, but I'd recommend doubling it. I let it chill for a while in the fridge before serving.
