Very easy to make. Tasted quite good. Took a few shortcuts. I didn't have any fresh mushrooms, so I used canned mushrooms at Step 3 and skipped Step 2 entirely. Didin't have the parsely either, just omitted it outright. I was a little concerned when it seemed I had melted butter with tiny pieces of fried cream cheese and garlic. But after the boiling water was added and stirring continuously, everything did eventually smooth out. I might try with a little less butter though.. I There seemed to have a lot left on our plates. Melted butter... sooo good, but soooo bad....
