1 (10.75 ounce) can Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Potato Soup
1 1/2 cups half-and-half
2 cups whole kernel corn
2 tablespoons sun-dried tomatoes cut into strips
1 cup small or medium peeled and deveined cooked shrimp
2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
ground black pepper
This is very good. I followed the recipe for the most part. I first sauteed the shrimp in a little oil and garlic. Then added all the other ingredients. I did add some salt, just for my tastes. My husband and I agreed it could use a little kick. Next time I will add a little cayenne and maybe some crabmeat.
Not bad for a quick and easy weeknight meal or lunch. Everyone liked it well enough.

We love this. I took it to a potluck 2 years ago and people still talk about it! I use fat-free half-and-half and it was just as good. Perfect just as written, but it does not make a lot so you might want to consider doubling the recipe if you have several hungry people!
I just finished making this recipe. It is absolutely wonderful. Next time I'm going to make sourdough bread bowls to put it in. But its easy and I followed the recipe exactly. I would reccomend it to anyone!!!!
this is the best tasting chowder i've ever made. my whole family loves it!
Loved this recipe I used bay shrimp added red peppers, 2 teaspoons of hot sauce and one potato and this was a huge hit with my family
My husband lived in Louisiana for a while. He said he had an awesome shrimp and corn chowder while he was there, but hadn't had since. I fixed this and he was awe struck! It's going to be a regular menu item at our house from now on. thanks for the recipe!
I served this topped with shredded cheddar cheese and it really improved the flavor.
