Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or vegetable oil
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Broccoli Soup (Regular or 98% Fat Free)
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 pound medium shrimp, shelled and deveined
  • 4 cups hot cooked rice or spaghetti

Directions

  1. Heat oil in skillet. Add broccoli and garlic and cook until tender-crisp.
  2. Add soup, water, lemon juice and pepper. Heat to a boil. Add shrimp. Cook over low heat 5 minutes or until done. Serve over rice.
