I ENJOYED THE DIP AS WELL AS THE FRIENDS AND FAMILY WITH WHOM I SHARED IT. I GUESS THAT CAN BE CONSIDERED A VARIATION OF THE RECIPE AND BE PLACED IN THE CUSTOM VERSION FOLDER. ;)

I thought it was very easy and very good. I did not even know what capers were until this recipe, but kow I kow that they blend well with fish and come in a jar where you find the olives in the store. Not for people who do not care for fish.
