Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon McCormick® Grill Mates® Montreal Steak Seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon light brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon McCormick® Onion Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Oregano Leaves
  • 1 pound sirloin or New York strip steak

Directions

  1. Blend first four ingredients. Rub over surface of steak.
  2. Grill or broil steak 8-10 minutes per side, or to desired doneness.
