Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 small green pepper, chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups ketchup
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 3 cups cubed cooked turkey
  • Hot cooked rice or sandwich rolls

Directions

  1. In a large saucepan, melt butter; saute onion and green pepper until tender.
  2. Stir in ketchup, broth, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, hot pepper sauce and pepper. Add turkey. Simmer, uncovered, for 20 minutes or until heated through. Serve over rice or on rolls.
