1 (8 ounce) can
pineapple chunks in juice
(1-inch thick) boneless pork loin chops
salt and ground black pepper to taste
I really enjoyed this recipe. Make sure that you use sweet chili sauce and not the hot stuff because it will be WAY too hot if you do. I also used the sauce on chicken and I think I enjoyed it more on the chicken.
I did not care for this recipe. The sauce was very spicey and overpowering.
My family really liked this pork recipe-- even my 8 year old. We skipped the raisins. And, I didn't have any chili sauce so I subbed 1/3 c. BBQ sauce plus 1/3 c. picante. The sauce was excellent. I'm going to try it with chicken breasts. Thank you!
We didn't care for this recipe at all, although the sauce was yummy. I think we might like it with chicken breasts.
