To TRULY make this an authentic salad here is the changes that I made that I LOVE. Cut up chicken-your desired amount. Add olive oil to your fry pan and add taco seasoning. Then add your chicken pieces and more taco seasoning on top. Cook until done. Let cool and then refrigerate. Open a can of black beans and rinse and drain. Send to fridge to chill. Assemble lettuce, frozen corn, black beans, tomatoes, chicken, and santa fe corn strips (found in dressing aisle) then top with your mixture of ranch and salsa that has been blended together. It is a bit spicy but so good.
