Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 1/4 cup SPLENDA® No Calorie Sweetener, Granulated
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 2 tablespoons SPLENDA® No Calorie Sweetener, Granulated
  • 2 teaspoons cornstarch

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Beat butter and 1/4 cup SPLENDA® Granulated Sweetener at medium speed with an electric mixer about 2 minutes or until creamy. Gradually add flour beating at low speed until blended. Stir in vanilla and pecans. Shape into 1-inch balls.
  3. Bake 20 minutes; remove from oven and place on wire racks to cool.
  4. Process 2 tablespoons SPLENDA® Granulated Sweetener and cornstarch in a blender or food processor; roll cookies in powdered SPLENDA® Granulated Sweetener mixture.

Tasty but make sure you have some coffee, tea or milk nearby. They don't call them Sand Tarts...
