Directions

  1. In large resealable plastic bag, pour 3/4 cup Lawry's® Hawaiian Marinade With Tropical Fruit Juices over salmon; turn to coat. Close bag, and marinate in refrigerator 30 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, in medium bowl, combine 1/4 cup Marinade with remaining ingredients. Let stand at room temperature up to 1 hour.
  3. Remove salmon from Marinade, discarding Marinade. Grill or broil salmon, turning once and brushing frequently with remaining 1/4 cup Marinade, 12 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork. Serve salmon with pineapple salsa.

I love salmon, but I don't get to make it that often because the Hubby is not a big fish fan! I grilled the salmon, which gave it such a great flavor. The salsa was to my surprise very very good, good enough to make and have with tortilla chips or any other type of mexican dish. The Hubby enjoyed, but just could not get him to "love" it. However I thought it was to die for. I will definately make this again, even if its only for myself!

We loved this recepie and thought it tasted great! I would definitely make it again. One note: The recipe makes A LOT of salsa.

I have made this salmon several times and we love it - I do not put the jalapeno in the salsa and use fresh pineapple. Because of these changes I gave the recipe 4 stars instead of 5, but it is one of our favorites.
