I thought this was wonderful. Husband ate it but kept saying it was missing something. I think he put ranch dressing on his second serving. I loved the light flavor of the dressing but I am not a smother it in sauce kind of eater. Great recipe! Will definitely make again.

This is a light and fresh easy recipe. Great for Summer! Used leftover grilled salmon, and olive oil instead of vegetable oil.

This was good. It worked for my picky kids. I replaced lemon juice with white wine vinegar.

We love this recipe! THe only change is a small red onion is still too much. I put about 1/2 cup of chopped red onion and it works great for us.

I used fresh cooked salmon, and probably more pasta (tri colored), and no lettuce or dill weed. Otherwise, followed exactly. Its fantastic! I loved it, and will definitely make again! This is perfect for a dish to bring to a summer cookout party!

I had no dill, so substituted Italian seasoning, and used Olive Oil for the vegetable oil. This was very good as a salad, but even better later, when I served up some leftovers without the cucumbers and lettuce, topped with some fresh mozzarella and warmed in the microwave. Next time I have leftover salmon, it'll be in this recipe and served as a casserole!
