Made this tonight.. it was a hit! Awesome recipe.. Not too spicy, just right.. I'm from the South, so I have to ask what in the heck is Cajun Gumbo Seasoning?? I used Tony Chacheries Cajun Seasoning.. Definitely will make this again!
We make this quite often and absolutely love it. We find that it also works with chicken on a bed of rice. Delicious.

Tastes awesome. Extremely spicy. We will make it again, but for sure without all the red pepper the recipe calls for.
