  1. Place eggs in a saucepan and cover with cold water. Bring water to a boil; cover, remove from heat, and let eggs stand in hot water for 10 to 12 minutes. Remove from hot water, cool, peel and cut into quarters.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the mixed greens, green onions, red onions and parsley. Add enough salad dressing to coat and toss evenly.
  3. Place 1 cup of salad mixture on each plate and garnish with olives, chopped eggs and bread cubes.

This recipe is not only most odorous, it is most VOTEROUS too! And by that I mean the preparation time is insultingly long, and the sheer amount of eggs is too much; my arm got tired from cracking them.

Here's an idea although the Calif. Egg Commission won't like it. Leave the eggs out. I don't eat eggs but I love kalamata olives so I tried this without the eggs and it was very good. Also, you can replace the non fat Italian dressing with something a little more elegant like a light balsamic.
